AML & Risk Team Leader

Working Place: Malta

(40 hours per week)

As the leader of our AML & Risk team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and enforcing our company's AML, risk, and compliance policies. Your responsibilities will include reviewing the risk levels of new player accounts, analyzing financial transactions for signs of money laundering or fraud, detecting and reporting suspicious activities, and educating fellow colleagues on financial crime prevention.

TEAM LEADER ACTIVITIES

• Provide training and daily support to your Payment & Risk team;

• Monitor the quality control and assess your Payment & Risk team;

• Stay in direct contact with the Customer Support Manager about shared player requests, issues, complaints and improve the shared procedures;

• Maintain the Payment & Fraud teamwork schedule and holiday planning;

• Day-to-day Payment & Fraud tasks to help your team;

• Assist in the recruitment process of new Payment & Fraud team members.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, criminal justice, or another related working field;

• You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and environment;

• You are a good leader with exceptional analytical skills;

• You speak and write English fluently (Dutch is a plus);

• You have Knowledge of (Dutch) regulations;

• You pay attention to details and have a problem-solving and curious mindset.
